The Role

Based in Birtley

Motorpoint have a great opportunity for an Customer Service/Administration Manager to join the Auction4cars team in Birtley!

Working and leading the A4C Team, the Customer Service/Administration Manager will manage all A4C operations on site including workload, resource management, quality control and the management of all documentation relating to the listing and sale of the vehicles.

Working closely with your team, you will manage day to day paper work facilitating the collection of vehicles in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a smooth and efficient collection process

The Role

  • Managing the a small team of Yard/Administration Assistants.
  • Over seeing all processes through from vehicle check in.
  • Dealing with customers over the telephone and in person
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all Motorpoint customers
  • Supporting and managing the A4C Team with all documentation relating to the A4C process.
  • Completing inspection paperwork for vehicle loading
  • Maintaining vehicle admin systems
  • Any other duties required to assist the A4C General Manager when required

The Person

The Person

  • Experience in managing a small team of people.
  • Experience in working in a similar environment involving quality control, logistics and/or stock control.
  • Well organised, with a logical and thorough approach to workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and desire to achieve high quality results in a timely manner.
  • Good observation skills, with the ability to spot errors and items that do not meet quality standards.
  • Able to remain calm and clear thinking when under time and deadline pressures.
  • Friendly, approachable and enthusiastic personality.
  • A great team-player whose communication style encourages and motivates others
  • Full, clean driving license and able to drive/park
